1. JOB REQUIREMENT DETAILS:
Position Title: Vice President – Private Equity
Reports to: Managing Director
Department: Private Equity
Location: Mumbai
2. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
-Graduate from IIT or renowned University - Institution in India - overseas.
-MBA (Finance) from Top notch B-School - IIM - other premier B-Schools.
-Must have at least 4 years Post Qualification Private Equity experience in a Private Equity
Fund (Either in India - Globally ) with significant experience in handling India based
Investments with deal size in excess of US$ 5-10 millions per investment.
3. JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
-Reporting to the Managing Director, the VP – Private Equity will be responsible for handling
Private Equity Investments across all sectors and segments in India.
-Presentations for Foreign Institutional Investors in US.
-In charge of originating mandates for private equity and structured finance.
-Will be responsible for structuring deals & negotiate transactions, and lead team to handle
large assignments.
-Monitor and guide team on drafting of Agreements, Information Memorandums, Presentations,
Due Diligence Reports, Industry Reports & Analysis, and Feasibility Reports etc.
-High level networking
