Vitamin E is of proven value in preventing prostate cancer, the destroyer of men’s sex life. It insures high levels of both alpha and gamma tocopherol in the blood stream. High levels of vitamin E bring about gamma-tocopherol levels that are quite high and this in turn reduces the risk of developing prostate disease as well as cancer of the prostate.

Vitamin minerals and supplements help prevent prostate disease

Eating foods rich in vitamin D can help fend off prostate disease but taking additional vitamins minerals and supplements aimed toward improving the health of a mans prostate are important. Calcium, selenium, magnesium, potassium, and zinc are among the valuable minerals that aid in prostate health. Taking daily supplements help a mans prostate remain healthy and fully functional.
