The paper work will help keep a legal face to your interaction as well as keep crucial elements like pricing and design free of ambiguity.

This is very important when you are developing an Iphone application. Keep testing the product till you are 100% sure it works without errors or glitches. Keep yourself involved in the application development process from the start so that you know exactly what is going on and there are no last minute surprises.
